Avoid This Place At All Costs!!!

I had 4 new tires installed from here, two of which were leaking air. I called them back to ask them when I can come in to have the leaks repaired but they gave me the run around about how their technician was not in.

In the meantime my tire pressure would drop from 30psi down to 15 in one day so I was topping up everyday. They told me I could come in the following weekend and someone would have a look.

When I had shown up for my appointment there was nobody in the building. All the lights were off and nobody was around but the front door was left open. So I walked in and waited. Two ladies finally appeared from the back office and informed me the technician was out of town until the following week.

I was shocked to hear that a tire shop was not going to have a technician around for an entire week - how are these guys in business and installing tires?

I then asked the lady if she thought it was acceptable to have a customer drive around for an entire week topping up the air on leaking tires and a possible safety risk to which she responded "Yes, okay, Thank You!".

I then repeated myself just in case she misunderstood my but I received the same reply.

I was beside myself in utter shock that someone could run their business this way and have a complete disregard for someone's safety.

I told her that I would just get my tires reinstalled elsewhere since my trust and confidence in their ability to install tires correctly was shattered. You might have guessed they were fine with that.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! They may be slightly cheaper but you won't be saving money in the long run and not worth risking your life over incorrectly installed tires.
