Out of all the Best Buys that I frequent, I've had my utmost worst experience here (8133 Ontario St. Vancouver).

I bought a tablet (demo/floor model) here and the sales/mobile employees did a pretty good job of getting the price down for the floor model. They ended up wrecking the back cover of the tablet by removing the security device. So I brought it back... more

Great customer experience at this Best Buy! Warm greetings, the store was well organized and workers were able to assist me in finding the products I needed. Not only were the able to assist me, they were able to read me when I was in an aisle looking for something... They came up to approach me to ask if I needed any assistant!

So far I have been there 5 times altogether. It is usually a bit of a drive for me, so I tend not to travel out that far.
