If there's one thing you can count on from Best Buy it's poor service. If I'm looking for assistance shopping with something, I won't go here. This is my "I already know what I want, just go in and get it" store. They have good prices, so it's good for that.
I've been on hold with a sales person here for 15 minutes. I even called back and got the same guy again, and he put me on hold again. He's looking up a service order for me, since it's been 3 weeks longer than they estimated. Yeah, not impressed. This is typical of the service that I get at this Best Buy all the time.
