Prices, not service
Best Buy is a good store for finding electronics stuff at good prices, not for finding product expertise or any sort of help from a sales staff member.
No more than 3 stars
The products are good, the prices are good, the stock is usually pretty good, the warranty programs are good. Notice I didn't say anything is excellent, but it's all good. The service is just poor. They staff rarely know what you're asking about and they make you wait forever for anything!!
typical Best Buy
This location is no different than other Best Buy locations, I've found. I've been here a couple of times, and the staff are under-experienced and don't have proper product knowledge. I had to teach the sales rep about rechargeable batteries because he didn't even understand the questions I was asking. He should've paid ME for the batteries in the end.
