The staff are friendly and knowledgable. I have had a few dealings with them lately where they have made a mistake in with regards to my cell phone cancellation and and set up of my new cell. They were quick to resolve.

Want to say since last review- Best Buy as come along way improving their outlet in Abby. We get great service, treated right but still could use some better floor workers.- Thank you.
