This kennel is cheap and there is a reason...It has been the worst customer service experience I have experienced in my life...Never once asked for vet papers for my dog...argued on pick up times only to find out they were wrong after looking at the reciept from drop off...used kennel several times...but finally after last experience...will never use again...Sorry
