Horrible, unprofessional, unethical Service

It took 2 1/2 months to find out what I was billed for from this company, I don't even know if their plumber was certified as they will not give me his name (his writing wasn't legible). Horrible customer service, terrible communication from Joy Jopp, Office Manager who doesn't know what is going on, and also from Jerrod, Service Manager who is never in to explain, and when he did explain to me what happened he was not informed and didn't know the details and gave me the wrong information. I was billed in June and due to mis-communication and very poor customer service, it took until Sept 14/10 thru the BBB to even get a response from this unethical and unprofessional company. The president Robert Jopp, doesn't even care apparently as he wasn't willing to contact me in regards to my concerns about his plumber, service manager and office manager!! Don't use this company, you will regret it!
They send what they call "DRAIN TECHS" do to the uncertified work, and if your not happy with it, too bad, the owner will just tell you to f*** off!!!!!!!
