VERY DISSAPOINTED with the service I received.
I came in Saturday to have my ring cleaned. My fiancé had purchased the comprehensive service plan with my ring when we purchased the ring Dec 20/2011.

I bought a locket here a few years ago, it tarnished and feel apart within a few months. I am very gentle with my jewelry. Customer service was terrible. Dished out at the time $180 before taxes on this....complete waste.
