Decent course for the money, it was in very nice shape. The clubhouse staff Shell and Brad we great and everything was on time. There are some nice par 3's and interesting water features too. Pace of play (Sunday @8am) was perfect, no waits, and didn't keep anyone waiting. If you're out that way looking to play, give it a try.
The course itself is decent, but I will never be coming back due to pacing. 3 hour front nine.
Played the back nine first and between the 13th and 14th (long par 3) was the LONGEST wait I've ever had on a golf course. Two groups ahead of us to tee off when we arrived at the hole.
Turned on my stopwatch when we got to the hole until the group ahead of us put the pin back in. 20.5 minutes!!!!
Golfed here last weekend, course was packed due to our great weather but the course was not prepared for it at all. The shack at the turn was closed, no one marshalling the tee and the worst temporary green ive ever played on 18.
I expect better for a busy weekend paying a decent rate!
