We Were Blown Away
Once again, Bellagio and its wonderful staff have really outdone themselves. Our afternoon was awesome, and as always, we were all BLOWN AWAY by your incredible service. My wife and I were completely overwhelmed with happiness and joy on how pleased we were with everything yesterday. You are a FIRST CLASS outfit and it is clear to us now more than ever before that you really know your business. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. We sincerely appreciate all the added little touches to make our venue truly special and memorable. I have always had a great deal of respect for you and what you represent; now I can’t imagine ever doing an event without considering Ramy and the Bellagio.
We Were Impressed By Your Service
I just wanted to say thank you so much for yesterday, it was wonderful! I wanted to especially point out above everything else the fantastic service I received from Jim. He was outstanding and was always one step ahead. He observed and took action immediately where needed. He was polite and sweet while doing it. Please let him know that we were very impressed by him. The rest of the staff was also very good and helpful as well. Also, Lisa, you had everything down to a ﾓTﾔ. You are a very organized person and are well suited for your job. You're both pros! Thank you so much for everything, all the guests thoroughly enjoyed it.
