We change our flavours with the seasons and work with local farmers and growers. We use Avalon organic milk for our gelato and Canadian Spring Water for our sorbetto's. A small family gelateria & coffee shop located in downtown Vancouver, serving daily-made artisanal gelato using the best local or global ingredients available.
Handcrafted varieties are infused for 12 hours with exotic flavours (Thai coconut milk, Tahiti vanilla, saffron and rosewater with pistachio). You can taste a bit of old-world Italy in the gelato, and they use a spatula to load it into the cone—a good sign. Bellagelateria.com
The gelato was very good but the brownie in my sundae was insane! Very upscale looking establishment with indoor and outdoor seating.
I ordered the Coppetta which is a brownie, Tahitian vanilla gelato, caramelized pecans and chocolate ganache. Really well put together ingredients and it was delicious.
