Very pushy sales staff
Not an enjoyable first time experience at Bella Bella. They tried to add extra services and were very persistent even when I declined. Lots of hidden costs I was not aware of. Very shady place. Not recommended!

mislead
January 09, 2012Specifically requested shellac nail polish and despite the language barrier of staff were assured this was shellac and would come off with acetone. I really enjoyed my experience here!
November 05, 2011I've been to this spa twice for facial done by Linda and oh boy I'm addicted! Linda is very detail and professional. She knows what she's doing. She'd tell you what she's doing or what products she's applying on if she knows that you're still awake... otherwise she'll just let you take your nap. Her hands were gentle and she really takes her time working on your face.

November 02, 2011I really enjoyed my experience here! I came here last week for a bridesmaids + bride spa day (= chill bachelorette get-together). The reservation was for 6 people, and they were able to accommodate all of us and our busy schedules (one girl was coming all the way from SF).
