Lack of credibility
June 03, 2011I have bought my car from a different place and installed 22’’ wheels on it since it was brand new. And every maintenance the wheels were on my car. But the last time they did the regular oil change and routine check they broke the wheels lock and when I took my car ,they informed me that the wheel key for lock was broken because of excessive rotation. Do not trust them - very poor service
November 21, 2010I am a big Toyota fan, but this dealer is the worst - do not trust them! After striking a deal for a new Highlander, they broke their promises at the last minute in an effort to bully me into taking the car! Old school tactics from the worst car salesmen! Misrepresentation
July 08, 2010They sell a good product but do not believe anything they say. They will make promises they have no intension of keeping. Even the Lexus guys :(
