Time for two great winter treats- our lagerfest, and our desert wine festival! Now available ice wine, late harvest vidal, late harvest apple wine, and iced mead made from local honey, during our dessert festival!
and if you love supremely smooth lagers and pilsneres, the tak advantage of our slow clod fermenting process for the smoothest beers imaginable! My favorites is our honey pilsner, a client favorite is our slow fermented bavarian bock- choose your great lager, and get fermenting!
Fast, fun, easy and guaranteed! That's what you'll find when making your own excellent wines, delicious beers, refreshing apple ciders, sparkling wines, coolers and meads at Fermentations.
We just had a wine smackdown with someliers, and wine writers asking them to see if they could tell which were our wines, and which were commercial wines in blind tastings. The result- over 60% of the time, they would not guess,or chose a LCBO wine as one made at Fermentations! Why? we work with real grapes, not concentrates to let you make the best wines. That is why wines made here regularly beat $20.00 plus bottles from the LCBO. and yes, we even have organic grapes!
If you love pale ales,we have just brought in Australian Galaxy hops- offsetting the beautiful bitterness of a pale ale with fantastic fruit aromatics, and citrus/pineapple on the palate.
We are lining up choices for available grapes from the California harvest, and may even be bringing in grapes from Italy- stay tuned.
We won! Results are back from the Provincial Championships, and we won one gold, three silvers, and four bronze medals!

Fermentations is simply the best. We've been loyal fans and customers for years now. Challenging Scott and Greg to duplicate beers we've tried and never dissapointed with the results! We are also happy testers for the various experimentations that they get up to, pushing the bounds of beer convention to come up with new and delicious concoctions!

I talked to one man on the phone who was very help full... Unfortunately every time I have visited the store to buy supplies, the staff haven't been very help full, nice, but hard to talk to. Very short answers. I even was inquiring about brewing some wine at their location, and getting any info was like pulling teeth! The man who I was dealing with was very arrogant and it was annoying me... I... more

I've just finished bottling my 3 batch of wine and just ordered another 2. Charles is AMAZING. His wines are so much better than the ones you could get at the LCBO for a fraction of the cost. Beer is also amazing, it actually tastes the way beer is suppose to :)
