Great clinic, great vet!

Sorry to hear about Tash's experience. S(he) must have seen Dr. Margaret Fisher who is only there once per week. The primary vet is Dr. Nick Beck, who would definitely have seen your cat immediately. I have been taking my cats to Dr. Beck for 13 years, and he is the best! He is gentle, patient and will take time to explain anything. He answers questions using plain language and doesn't make you feel silly for asking. His staff have always been really helpful to me! I would recommend Dr. Beck to anyone (and have!). My friends all love him too.

Nice staff but didn't have all the feature I want in a vet.

We were happy with our vet, she was very nice and knowledgable. They cost a little more than some other vets but we were happy to pay the extra to have a vet we trusted. However, when our cat got sick we tried to get an appointment for him right away and they said they couldn't see him for a week. We ended up having to call around to about 8 vet clinics before we finally found one that would take him. We ended up at a vet we didn't know or trust and we didn't like the doctor very much. I can understand that they probably get a lot of owners calling in an emergency that turns out to be nothing but in our case it was a serious problem that ended up with our cat dying a few days later. I wasn't impressed that they didn't make an effort to have a look at him or observe him overnight. Especially when many of my friends have told me their vet will always squeeze them in for an emergency. We have since changed vets.
