Clean your dresses
March 13, 2011Dec'10 visit was disappointing in that the clerk did not pull any dresses, as bride commented on what she was wearing. Mar'11 visit, the manager did a wonderful job serving us. But many of the dresses are noticably dirty. I'm sure they are expensive to clean, but the level of dirt was not seen at any of the other 4 salons we visited. Very nice flower girl dresses.

Less than beautiful!
July 13, 2010Less than beautiful experience. Unfortunately the management lacks customer relation experience. The staff and manager have poor communication and as a result important details are not shared which can leave a bride in a stressful state.
