Poor products and Services

Buyer Beware!!! Do not go to this store!! They do not understand the meaning of customer service!! I purchased a violin rosin yesterday (Jan 4,2011) and when I start using it at home, it was all dried up and it shattered into little pieces. When I took it back, the "director" Dwight Hong, did not even bother to look at the item and instead accused me of breaking it and calling me a liar. He then told me to get out of his store!! I went to Long and McQuade afterwards, and showed them the piece I purchased. Right away, they told me that it was dry, and it should not shattered like that. I received great service from Long and McQuade, they were knowledgable and they were even cheaper!! I will never go back to The Beat of Music, and would not recommend it to anyone!!

Great teachers / awesome music school

My daughter takes violin lesson, and my son takes guitar lessons at The Beat Of Music for three years now. The teachers are great and my kids love them. The manager is awesome and a lot of fun with kids. This year I am taking planning to take up piano with my daughter, and I am really looking forward to it.
