Very Unfriendly!
When I went there for the first time this weekend an elderly employee yelled at me for walking on a newly mopped floor. I was stunned. She then continued on to tell me that "if I didn't like it, I should get the hell out." Wow that's service! I'll be taking my laundry elsewhere!
