June 07, 2010Called to cancel in the morning due to my spouse admitted to the cardiac care unit the previous night and they still charged me. They never told me their cancellation policy if they even have one.

Manager's are rude and don't know how to deal with customers
January 29, 2010We go at this hotel very often we are regular clients.. we went there for 2 nights but ended up staying only ONE NIGHT .. because the manager p@!%!d us of.. first they told us you pay your room right now at 9 A,M when we went and eat our breakfast and we have till 11h00 to go pay it... more
