Abusive and Incompetent
This company preys on the sick and elderly. They are thoroughly incompetent, abusive and unqualified to meet even the lowest of standards. Their lack of respect for people who are vulnerable and their willingness to take advantage of them is appalling. Even more shocking is that this is the only company the government will pay for. If you have any other options do not use this service!!
Really Sucks
I tried to get private service from these guys and they were completely useless. Outrageously, they're the only home support company the BC government provides services through. Shame!
