Bait & Switch...NOT Money back Guarantee!!!

After a recent exerience with Beachcomber Hot Tubs in Saskatoon and its owner, Rob, it should be known by everyone shopping for a hot tub what you might be in for should you go there.
I purchased a tub from the Saskatoon location of Beachcomber last month. I was very specific to what I wanted when I ordered the tub. 4 weeks after ordering my tub shows up. Great tub, but didn't have everything I had asked for.
I figured that after spending a small fortune I should be satisfied with my purchase. I contactd the store and spoke to the salesman who had sold me my tub. Good guy, agreed there was an error and wanted to fix it.
All was good until Rob stepped in. Said that they would fix it....but at my expense.
To me that wasn't an option and I decided to exercise their 30 day money back guarantee. Guess what....its not your money back, certainly not all of it. They pride themselves on "no fine print" "no hidden fees"...well I have hidden fees totalling $650.00. Not only will they charge for delivery, they will charge for the filter (that came with tub), charge for cleaning and another bogus $100.00 charge for guarantee services???PEOPLE BEWARE....this company, or the company's owner, has no concept of customer service. After the tub is paid for in full.....any and all things that may have been said to make the sale, goes OUT THE WINDOW...along with YOUR MONEY!
