Appalling customer service. Offer services they do not fulfill. Fail to communicate with customer accurately over time frames. Fail to communicate with customer at all, leaving the customer to chase them. Have zero time organisation, have zero organisation, cannot track customer contact details. Would not deal with nor recommend these people or their sales staff to anyone in their right mind... more
