Bloomingdales and Nordstrom meets Saks at best with some Lord + Taylor accessories--now that is odd since L+T is a department store in the Northeast.
Though there were a million things in here I can only dream of buying, I was very impressed with the huge Topshop section.Their sale section is amazing--$5 accessories and $35 bags! The clothes were alright just because I'm not a fan of Topshop's...

The former "West End" part of the Bay (2nd floor Northwest corner) have great salespeople, many of whom have been there for decades. They fit people with suits and actually help to get you the lowest price. The menswear has great selection of high end designers such as Donna Karan, Hugo Boss, Zegna etc.
