This summer (2012), I have brought atleast 4-5 upper end dress shirts and two suits from the from the Men's Formal wear 'Classy' department. Later on I went to exchange a shirt but the people at that department refused. They refused with a very bad manner! There was a man from Africa and a girl from Middle East at the counter.

This Bay is very central in Ottawa. It's located across the street from the Rideau Centre with a bridge that connects the two. On the other side is the Byward Market.

The place is old...pretty old and small compared to a lot of the newer Bays opening up in the mega malls around Canada.

I found the selection clothing and appliances smaller than a lot of the other Bays.
