bad service
the food was realy good but serive bad,i ordered a shirly temple and i made sure to ask how they make it because in the states they make it without orange juice and in canada they make it with,she confirmed that yes it's orange juice 7up and grenadine,what she failed to tell me is it's not real orange juice they make it with,it's made with powdered tang,who makes a 5 dollar drink with powdered juice?and thats not even the big problem,the big problem is when i complained to my waitress she says,thats how me make it here,as if to say oh well too bad you ordered it,never offered to get me something else instead, just walked away!now that is rude,any other place would bring you something else even if they thought there was nothing wrong with the drink,they have great food and the chef comes and introduces himself to you at your table,great atmosphere,but because of that drink i will never go back because it's the same price as the keg so why would i put up with rude service and powdered juice?

Over priced poor service. Portions huge but way way over priced. Quality average for a $10-$15 dollar restaurant but terrible for this one at $20 plus. Server tried hard but understaffed.
Promised a cake that never happened. Owner or manager did zero behind the bar and then blamed the only waitress for forgetting the cake.

Totally speechless. I have to say that I have eaten in many restaurants around the world but few of them left me such a beautiful feeling like the Bavarian Stakehouse. The environment is vrey cosy with nice German finishings and a great friendly atmosphere. The waiters are very nice and helpful without crowding you like it happens in many "fancy" restaurants. The food? Heavenly. The schnitzel... more
