Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service department. Customer support is abysmal as they don't exactly care about their customers. You can do as many online surveys as you want, nothing gets resolved. I've had to call Honda Canada to get issues fixed (I went to a different dealership, a place who actually care about their clients, they fixed all the pending issues in one visit, for free). Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
I came here only for an emissions test, but I really liked the fact that I could drop in and get service immediately in the day. The service folks were nice, and I was out in under 1 hour. Hard to beat, especially since I don't even drive a Honda.
