May 26, 2011This dealership is a disgrace to the Honda name do not allow them to work on your car or even order parts as there is a good chance they will screw that up I have given them more that one chance and each and every time they FAIL honda owners beware!

As far as honda is concerned....discraceful to the brand
December 22, 2008I bought in Richmond Hill because of the service, I get my car serviced in Maple because their service is top of the line. I have tried on four different occasions to get the car serviced in Barrie, they are slooooowwww, and overpriced compared to other honda dealerships. I have had two oilchanges there in their "Express" service bay. Both times took over 45 minutes and with tax the oil... more
