We liked the redecorated room

Recommend for stopover in Banff as close to all amenities and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Great spot for visiting Lake Louise and Columbia Icefield. Updated room was nice but needed hooks in the bathroom for robes, or rails for towels. A case of style over substance as minimalist style not really convenient when stopping off on month long road trip.

Fantastic Christmas week in Banff

We got to stay in one of the renovated rooms which was great. Minimal, but felt modern and chic. Amazing bathtub but housekeeping standard needs a bit of improvement. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location is great especially if your not driving, everything was a short walk away, and all transportation was right outside the hotel.
