This business is closed! But had you ever tried it you would have been back for more!
Gone to Terrace with no goodbyes or thank you's
This was where we bought our bread and often some of their limited but superb line of treats like date squares (which were made every Thursday something we hugely looked forward to). The several cream pies they had were great. But, alas, they left for terrace last summer and, sadly, after years of patronage, left me with a bit of sour taste. They refused to consider having other take over the operation, claiming family baking secrets even though it was not like a Terrace operation and a PG one would be in competition. Further, there was no indication of thanking customers for their years of business but instead a curt sign on the door the last few weeks, specifying sternly that no one could order more than a certain amount (just in case people wanted to stock up on the soon-to-be-gone favourites). So a disappointing finale for a place that we had loved.
