I have the unfortunate experience of being a Baka customer. I had a corporate employee deal with them and it has been a complete disaster. The phone they have sold me is a lemon which unexplainably dies. I had to make the trek in for a repair. They sent it out for repair. Call me to come and pick it up. It's not fixed. There are so many other places that I could go to talk about a new phone.
I have never had a good experience here. I had to go there before as our corporate contract was with Baka (Bell).
I went with my son whose contract is up in January to see if we could get an upgrade. I walked into the store. No one acknowledged I was there. Two people busy with customers but no "I will be with you shortly... more
