Very Disturbing Experience

Very disturbing experience with the owner losing her temper & publicly ridiculing my daughter. No respect for parent or child & terrible behavioural modeling. They say they will work at each child's own pace but this is not the case. Not recommended!

Upsetting experience

I joined as their website states they work at the child's pace but this was not my experience. Owner announced to the class that my child would never swim & to just let her play as she didn't like to put her face in the water.
