No one was there when I dropped off the truck because it was a Sunday. Therefore, I can't rate the service.

This rep apparently did not do his job since over a week later i received an email to ask why i did not return the truck. The truck was returned on the scheduled day but a little over an hour late as i was not familiar with the city and got lost. While i did phone and advise of my problem it did not matter since i was still charged for an extra. in addition the tax was charged on the costs... more

we waited 20 minutes as the owner fixed someones car. Then another 15 minutes to do paperwork. Also getting the car a little under half a tank since clearly someone drove it from the Philip location to this weber location..or vice versa..
