This location can be very busy at times, and even for Avis President's Club or PreferredPlus members whom have "priority service/skip the line" as a defined benefit - this location usually doesn't have the vehicles assigned or ready, and there is usually no rental agreement ready. Recently they did add a "Preferred" line, but you can still end up standing in line for 30-45 minutes during busy... more

Customer service was good but the inside of the vehicle was disgusting! Found wrapped Tim Hortons food in the compartment in the back, sticky cup holders, garbage at the front side doors. It obviously wasn't cleaned!

I booked a rental through the Costco Travel website and was able to get a good deal for $117 (Thursday - Sunday). I've only ever rented from Enterprise before but their rates were too high for that weekend.
Having never rented from Avis before I decided to go online and read some of their reviews. BAD IDEA I was so freaked out from the terrible reviews that I almost canceled my reservation but...
