I waited 15 minuses till someone helped me. Even after I was served my presence was of no concern for them as they would stop processing my order to help other random people entering the office or people on the phone. To improve service please consider helping me as soon as i arrive and try to process my order in a timely and continuous manner.

While convenient to downtown and the train station the drop off location felt like a muddy scrap yard. There was no attendant evident, and no obvious place to find one. I locked the truck. Dropped off the key and contract and left.
