I do understand the stress and aggrivation when you expect the same quality of service given throughout many years, but the dear owner has dedicated his whole life to build this company and the good name he has instilled upon it. Customer for over 10 years referred family, friends and business accosiates to them. Unfortunetly as the owner slowly steps down so does the service, the owner always had that personal touch, caring, patience and dedication towards his customers. Now as the company is growing the old clients if unhappy with service are simply asked"if you are not happy leave" something the previous manager... more
