I went in to look at a new Ford Edge. When I went In I was finally met by a salesman, and it all went down hill from there. I told him the one i had picked out, and wondered if he could do up a payment for me, The first thing he said was "Well you DO realize, the payment on that is going to be about 800.00 a month" as if i couldn't afford it. So i got past that went to his office did the price and asked for a test drive. He went with me, and as I was asking him questions about the Edge his responses were " Ahh well....(Long pause) and then he'd give some vague answer." He didnt know mch general knowledge at all. As well as making some rude comments durring the test drive. Once we got back, I told him I was going to leave and thanked him for his time. He questioned me on why I was leaving. and I told him because I dont feel welcome here. and again he questioned me on why. and once I started to tell him exactly why he tried to shut me up and make me go in his office. At that moment I left. I would not buy there, and i wouldn't bring a vehicle there for service. If I couldn't get the vehicle at another dealer, I would go with another Brand.
I recently had an issue with my truck, nothing major, but very annoying. After serveral visits, the issue was fixed and the staff were very accomodating and understanding..even if I was not.
