I've been a member of AutoShare for some time now. They pre-date ZipCar and their rates are cheaper and their cars are really everywhere. Great service if you're otherwise someone who depends on cabs or hate walking/TTCing to the grocery store or home depot.

Great service for downtown car rentals by the hour or day. Gas and insurance are included in the price. We don't have a car, and use autoshare about once or twice a week instead. (If you need to drive every day, or don't have an autoshare car near you, then this service won't work for you.) Saves us money and eliminates the stress of owning a car.

I too had no problem with them. I had family in town for a few days and they could get around using a rental while I still had my wheels.
