Worse customer experience / after sale service ever!
Btought in my car for the first 8000km service and came out with a big scratch on my back door driver side (check the pic I've uploaded).
I wrote a full review on their Facebook page so not going to repeat myself here.

I definitely do not recommend Audi Prestige to anyone...not even my worse enemy! Trust me there...

My first visit was awesome. The girl Beth is a sweetheart. I had such a bad 2nd experience though. They treated me as liar and they tried to over charge me. They were asking for 3 hours to change a part when Lauzon was asking for 1. Plus, I brought my car in for a job and they broke 2 things. Filled in a complain; waiting to see what happens...
So it's July now and I'll let you know what...
