Smell of urine in bathroom.
Family room was not what we expected.
Hanging pictures right by the light switch, easy to make them fall and break.

Ckeck-In took 20 minutes, room had only a small electrical heating device, shared bathroom and shared toilet, window wasn't properly closed so there was a lot of noise, sign in the elevator says drinking alcohol in the hotel is forbidden(?), wireless connection was only ok in the reception area, staff is helpful in general but kind of weird people work... more

I don't know how so many people had "wonderful" experiences at this hotel. I stayed here in the summer of 2011 for a concert I was attending, and it was a terrible experience.
