Really fine,fresh, seasonal food. Well chosen wine list. Four course menu. Choose from several appetizers like duo of fresh salmon, quail, clams. Mains are generously accompanied by seasonal vegetables. Halibut, cod, scallops, rabbit among the selections. Attentively prepared. Hope there's blueberry or rhubarb tartelette for dessert, but the chocolate fondant is good too. Memorable cuisine.
This Auberge right on the shore of the St Laurence River north of Rimouski is a spectacular setting with very charming rooms. Be sure to ask for a room on the water side and you can sit on your own balcony and watch the sunset!
