Wonderful hospitality, decor and breakfast. The room was quite small and hot and the thermostat could not be controlled in the room. We opened the window and door to get some ventilation. There were complimentary wireless internet service and a computer if you didn't bring one. It's about a 45 minute walk to Old Montreal and probably a 10 minute walk to the subway if you want to get around that... more

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs nuits cet été à l'Auberge de la Fontaine*** de Montréal. Ce Bed & Breakfast est tout-à-fait charmant et le service y était impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, un régal. Situé au coeur du Plateau Mont-Royal, nos déplacements étaient faciles, grâce aux transports publics et à location de vélos à proximité. J'y ai été avec mon chum il y a plus d'un an, pour la Saint-Valentin. J'ai trouvé l'extérieur très beau, mais l'intérieur laisse à désirer. Ça n'a rien d'une auberge, ça ressemble à un motel. La chambre était ordinaire. Mais, la salle de bain était superbe. Le tapis ne semblait pas très propre et la couette avait des marques de cigarettes (trous).
