Jeff and Harmony Lichty are two of the most advanced teachers and practitioners of Ashtanga Yoga in Canada. (I first met them when they taught at Yoga Shala Calgary.) Their new studio in downtown Victoria is sure to become a magnet for intrepid yogis!
