***AVOID***

After the complete disrespect and horrific customer service I received at this spa by whom, in my opinion, is perhaps the worst Manager I have ever had the horrible misfortune of encountering, I will never return to nor recommend this spa. After spending almost $300 in less then a month at this establishment while having my eyelashes filled the manager knocked on the door and told the esthetician to tell me I had to get up and move my car since the owner was there and there were no parking spots!! I was shocked - I was a paying customer and during a treatment where my eyes are tapped shut!!!... I was asked to get up in the middle of the session and move my vehicle to the street and pay for parking!! I was astonished! As far as I am concerned YOU give up your spot for a paying customer especially if they are in the middle of a treatment!!! What the hell is wrong with you lol... obviously they do not care at all about their customers. Go somewhere else... they obviously dont need you.
