Good food ... waitress makes lack of additional staff a customer problem

This is the second time we've had breakfast here and we enjoyed the food. When we entered, the waitress asked us to sit at a clean table as she was by herself. There were a couple of nice table by the window that we would have liked to sit at, but we reluctantly complied with her request.

Service painfully slow-food good

Even though the food especially the bison burger and vegetable soup was tasty and hot, it was spoilt by the absolutely terrible service. It took 40 minutes after we ordered to get our food plus others near us seated after us got their food before us. When you are hungry that is more than irritating.
