loved it!
i was so nervous to go in and get a brazilian done for the first time, but it went so much more smoothly than i thought it would. no pun intended. i loved my experience at aroma. my waxer was really nice, professional, and politely answered all the questions i had, and believe me, there were a lot of them. i don't think i'll ever go anywhere else. the price was reasonable, the waxing itself was very, very fast, and not as painful as i thought. i definitely recommend aroma to first-time, nervous waxers, like myself, as well as seasoned pros. such a friendly staff and really great service. will definitely be back even though its quite a long trip from where i live.

i've been to aroma wellness spa for waxes before b/c i only trust them. they are professional, hospitable, hygienic and knowledgeable. I've recommended to everyone to go there for waxing and even massages. Their new waxing treatment NuFree is amazing and I'll always go back. I always ask for Mary. She is a real waxing genius!
I don't get it.
I know there's SUCH great reviews about this place and I was really excited to try a brazilian here cause the prices are amazing and i heard they're quick and friendly. Maybe my person was having an off day but she wasn't friendly really, barely said a word to me which kind of made things awkward considering she's going to be right by my lady parts. I've had brazilian's before so I know it shouldn't have hurt as much as it did but on the bright side, she was super quick and everyone else was super friendly and professional so I'd love to come back but maybe just not have this woman wax me again.
