I bought a Shimano rod whcih I told them I will use it as a spoon casting. The guy suggested me to buy a fast action model. After I tested from a lake, I found it can cast no farther than my $10.00 rod. I guess I need a medium action one. So I went back to the store 2 days after my purchasing date with invoice. The oriental guy told me the ink on the price tag has been faded and it was not in resale condition. i said to customer service lady, if you can give me credit, I will buy another rod instead. She talked to her manager and said no to me. Actually the rod is in mint condition with no wear. The lady told the store return policy is brand new. If I use it for one day, it is used. Is this in Canada or somewhere in Hongkong?
i'm a management employee and the place is worth checking out, great deals, grea and friendly service. it's a great family store.
If you thought Army and Navy was for men, think again. There is womans and kids stuff here. Need nice, new, inexpensive shoes. Go to A&N first. They have a great selection of kids stuff and low priced household items as well. This location is very convenient for me, it is right outside Columbia station. And they have an annual shoe sale, do not miss it!!!

Lately it has been hit and or miss but I do come out with a treasure or two. I have been here a few times in the past few months getting cheap disposable clothes for Coachella. To be honest I am here mostly for the great deals on the home... more
I went to college in New West, and I spent many hours avoiding study and instead walking around Army and Navy. I know this place has been here for many years. I love it's old look and great deals, feels like a second hand store / thrifty type place but its not. This location is big with 3 floors. Has selections of clothing, shoes, home decor, grocery and so much more. They also hold name brands... more
