Smoker's Dirty Paradise
The place was very dirty, bed linens were dirty, room reeked of cigarette smoke, all the walls were coated with brown cigarette smoke residue. Carpets had cigarette burns in them, drapes were threadbare and outdated, along with the second-hand lopsided loveseat and mismatched furniture. No one came to tidy the room while we were out (housekeeping non existent). One roll of toilet paper in bthrm. no extra towels. Rates are cheap and so is the service and rooms. Definitely not recommended for a family or individual to stay at this motel unless you don't mind a bit of dirt and the smell of cigaretts.

Mice , Mould and Dirt ! What a retreat
January 19, 2014I've slept in many hotels but I have never seen anything like this in my life !! Bed linens were not changed because there were hairs all over . Not to mention the mice poop in the kitchenette cabinets and mould in the washroom . I don't understand how a buisness like this can even be open without be shut... more

We stayed here for the week end for 2 Nights. the rooms are nice and comfortable at reasonable Budget rate.
the location is closer to Hwy 11. We would prefer to stay here in future whenever in the North bay.

The worst place I've ever stayed in
July 14, 2012I made reservations to stay at The Arizona for 4 night. When I arrived to check in, I entered the office to find washer and dryer. I knew where the rooms laundry was being done.
