Poor Quality and Customer Service

We hired them to move our gas line and venting to move our gas dryer from upstairs to downstairs in the mechanical room. They indicated that they couldn't tie into the existing dryer venting and therefore that they couldn't put the dryer where we wanted it. They said they had to install new venting, which increase the cost by 50%. We trusted them since they are supposed to be the professionals. However, upon further investigation, there is an access panel right above where we originally wanted the dryer and there is no reason that they couldn't tie into this. When we called them the next day to let them know we were dissatisfied, they were very rude and did not even want to talk to us about why we were dissatisfied or what they could do to improve the situation. When they were here the day before we also go them to look at our fireplace which wouldn't turn on. They indicated the fireplace was installed with the incorrect type of wiring and said they would have to install a remote control ignition system rather than using the wall switch in order to fix this problem. They said they would look into the cost and call us back with an estimate to fix it. After they left we replaced the wall switch and now it works just fine...$5 repair. It is obvious that these guys either do not know what they are doing or were trying to screw us over!
