Not happy

We found a Family doctor there. Until now I used them service hardly 2 times in 2 years. Whenever I call them,
Doctor is available for certain time only. So, you need to wait. The response on phone is always rude.
Last time my son has a fever and I asked for the appointment and they gave me appointment of 4 days later so if i wait for 4 days I don't know what happened to my son. Finally end up at walking clinic. For routine check-ups too very hard to get the appointments. They are not open since Friday noon to Sunday. So, you have to take a day off only.
They are not at all co-operative at all.

Not happy

I was excited after my daughter was born that they immediately accepted us as a patient.
That was the last time I was happy with this clinic.

I had to reschedule a well baby check up because my work schedule had changed, and the staff on the phone was extremely rude. It was at least a week before the appointment, but they treated me like I was inconveniencing them.
I had an occasion 6 months later where I had to reschedule another appointment, again at least a week before the date, (what do you expect when you book appointments 4 months in advance?), and I got so frustrated with the rude staff on the phone I decided right then and there that I wouldn't be going back. I found another doctor at another clinic and am VERY happy I made that decision.

They get you in

When you need to see someone they get you in ASAP. Plus they take the time to explain your condition to you.
