September 06, 2011I have owned Aradia Fitness Downtown Toronto since July 2006, we've been on Queen West since January of 2007. In May of 2010 I opened up another studio in Leslieville to get the ladies in the East on the poles. My goal is to make all women feel confident, sexy, get fit and have fun at my studios. Me Sexy? Who knew?
"When I finally decided it was time to get serious about increasing my overall confidence level and gain a healthier attitude toward body self-awareness, I knew I needed help in a fun and wacky way but didn't know where to start. Who knew that the art of getting in touch with myself actually went hand in hand with the ability to touch myself (the soft caress of swaying hips, a cheek sweep or the occasional butt slap) leaving shame and embarrassment out the door like wayward particles of discarded clay allowing Aradia to become my new artistic studio where I could mold myself into the confident, sensual woman I never believed I could be.
Now seven months later through attending the variety of classes offered the change is uncanny. I've lost inches, rediscovered lost shapely curves, and developed a mild case of arrogance at how sensual I can actually be while at the same time embracing a wonderful social circle of women that are striving for similar goals. For now, I’m a work in progress; forever learning and changing and I couldn’t be happier with how much Aradia has contributed to my success."
Super Sexy Bachelorette Party!
I went to Aradia Fitness for my friend's bachelorette party and it was awesome! We all had sooo much fun and learned some new sexy moves too! YAY!
Lots of fun
I went to Aradia Fitness for 2 classes with a couple of friends last week. I never thought that I would enjoy anything to do with pole dancing but I was wrong. The class was a lot of fun and a great workout. I was surprised at how quickly the class seemed to pass. I recommend Aradia Fitness to any women that wants to explore her sexuality and have fun in the process.
