I visited Aqua Riva to see what all the hype was about. I've read some mixed reviews about I had to find out for myself. The atmosphere of Aqua Riva is beautiful. It has a very romantic setting, overlooking the water at night. The table settings are elegant, with detailed cutlery and dinnerware. The servers are dressed decently although a little bit on the bland side. They are, however, very attentive and friendly. The dinner menu has your usual fare of salads, seafood, pasta and meat choices. The menu isn't very extensive, but they do prepare your dinner very well. Good location, near the Sea Bus, so we don't have to take a car from North Vancouver. The food was well prepared, presentation was pleasing.

Try the Wood Grilled Pacific Salmon with a roast sweet pepper coulis and fresh herb risotto. Dishes for sharing are also available, like the Trio of... more
